Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, it will take 12 - 26 business days, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location)

 

Will customs and taxes be charged?

The prices displayed on our website are tax free in US dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes after you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
